Edit — I have 2 jobs because one isn't enough ); —I can barely afford gas and car insurance. My dad leaves for work at 4am and doesn't get home until 8pm or 9pm. He works for 13 days straight and then gets one day off and then works another 13 days and the cycle continues. We can barely afford the basic necessities. This economy is totally fucked. Most people can't even afford to go on strike for a week so nothing is ever gonna change. The only way I see out of this living hellscape is to join the military and then after I've served my 20 years and most of my family has died, move to a different country with an economy that people can actually live off of.
