Ranting about problems between in fighting at my work place between day and night side

I am keeping the name of the place I work for unknown but I work at a fast food place. Recently for the past month at the store. Day side is claiming that night side is not doing stuff that “we are suppose to do”. And blaming night side for high labor. So far only one time that I know of is something night side forgot to do. Which is understandable on that part. But there are other parts they claim that we didn’t do that we know for a fact that we do and I question why are they saying this. I know the morning side/openers are lazy considering it took like 10-20 mins to get a basic breakfast plain sandwich with 1 side and drink. (Usually it’s like 6 mins on non-rush times Ik it’s bad) Then as the day goes on we have labor problems during the…

Recently for the past month at the store. Day side is claiming that night side is not doing stuff that “we are suppose to do”. And blaming night side for high labor.

So far only one time that I know of is something night side forgot to do. Which is understandable on that part. But there are other parts they claim that we didn’t do that we know for a fact that we do and I question why are they saying this.

I know the morning side/openers are lazy considering it took like 10-20 mins to get a basic breakfast plain sandwich with 1 side and drink. (Usually it’s like 6 mins on non-rush times Ik it’s bad)

Then as the day goes on we have labor problems during the day time because people are standing around doing nothing, the lunch rushes takes longer even though we have 2 tables open and pushing food threw. The mangers during the day usually don’t cut people off for high labor. Perhaps like 2 people but to many people at the time. Other things they are suppose to do during day time aren’t doing anymore (how I know is because I use to work day time but I switched to night time). So far they only do dinner prep. As of today they forgot to dethaw buns so we are using other buns that are for other sandwiches for replacements but we do not have enough because it’s ALL BUNS ARE LOW. While I had to stop what I was doing to help out our crew to situate the problem and got a temporary fix for the night.

Also they gave us a list of stuff on what to clean. I looked at it and it really isn’t that bad on paper until you saw one thing you have to do. It was a task which will take days to complete (I started until I gave up after hearing about the bun problem because we had 6 people at the store at the time.) but expected to be done by closed while labor once again high still and we have to cut people because day time didn’t cut people for the required hours for the day. Which I would laugh if they ping us on that. They always do from week to week.

Now that we have closed my co worker friend finally received a text from a day time manager about the bun problem and they responded with “regular buns?” (Which is what we most serve with) as they probably wooshed on what they mean by no buns.

This place may pay better by couples dollar from minimal wage because most of the stores in my area mostly pays straight up minimal wage and 3-4 places are not worth it for minimal wage. Also my store already had 7 people that I know of quit last month because of no respect from day time managers. I would not be surprised if almost half of night side quit from their bs cause right now we are all sick and tired of their crap.
