Good health insurance (PPO plans I'm used to having access to through having a job with a sizable company) is widely unaffordable self-employed. I think back to the Affordable Care Act that made not having health insurance punishable. It's becoming more obvious to me that the middle class is being funneled into shitty jobs with shitty hours or shitty wages and being worked the bone just to stay afloat. Short rant, I want to hear your thoughts – educate me.
