Really need a reference to get a position in public safety

Hi guys, so I'm in the process of Completing an application for a public safety position that is within my field and it will be part-time At this moment I can't go to my current supervisors and that would not help cause they prefer close associate, but at this current moment I do not have any of their numbers.
