Before the legal beagals get all bent. I know each state has its own “laws”. That said. So much happens in a job that is off record and verbal, yet very impactful to ones experience and outcome.
Perhaps, despite the legality attached, especially given our rather connected and rapid news cycles. We as workers could turn the tables on much of the workplace abuse by covertly wearing audio/visual equipment…..so when the company fucks you…..you will have evidence. It may not be admissable in “court”, but it would in the media and street
