Modular Home retailer in xxxx needs an energetic team player. The job will entail, in part:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Talking with customers, contractors and other vendors
- Updating subcontractor insurance logs
- Updating job checklists and spreadsheets
- Becoming familiar with the home building process and company products
- Learning to edit company Website and Facebook site
- Being enthusiast and willing to learn company CAD program
- Opening, cleaning and closing sales center models
- Assisting sales manager and project manager with day-to-day tasks
PLEASE respond if you……..
- Are professional in appearance and attire (business casual)
- Are detail oriented
- Are computer literate
- A proficient typist
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office – particularly Word, Excel and Access
- Are familiar with Windows 10 OS
- Enjoy interacting with prospective customers
- Are flexible on hours
- Have a minimum high school education
- Are willing to work Saturdays as needed
- Are enthusiastic and will embrace and exhibit an attitude of “ownership”: This is a small, owner owned business and requires everyone to do whatever needs to be done to present the company and its sales center in a proud and professional manner.
