Red Flags in an Interview

Just completed an interview with a company that I was really looking forward to. It started off ok then we started talking about salary compensation. He said they offer an equivalent of 3000 USD a month (when the recruiter had initially told me they offer 4000 USD a month). The sad thing is if they offer the job I will take it because I currently don't have another option with my current company going bankrupt.
