I'm an Assistant Community Manager for Thrive Communities Management in Seattle, making $20 hr, new to the industry hired three months ago.
Apparently, my regional manager decided to withhold my leasing commissions for not completing online training courses, because running two site's/200 residents/160+ units wasn't enough. Middle managers/corporate do nothing but look for ways to screw over employees and dodge responsibilities.
Here I am homeless, leasing apartments all day at insanely high amounts, and a regional manager who has spoken to me once is withholding the money I desperately need for a place to live – for nothing.
Thanks for letting me get this off my chest antiwork.
