Currently a contractor for a large biotech. Went through the gauntlet trying to help get this place FDA qualified, and they finally open up permanent positions. I apply, and my manager isnt recieving my resume – a month a later I recieve an auto reply rejection email stating while I had many of the skills needed, they're moving forward with a different candidate.
Honestly I'm furious. Don't get me wrong I understand I'm just another cog but jesus christ. Ntm this wasnt even the job i was initially hired for, and i got put on the shift with the manager that likes shoving their duties onto us peons.
Fuck this place.
