I get that not everyone wants the lifelong ire of their former boss, but when you don’t care about that, try getting your coworkers organized to unionize together! We don’t have to keep passing around shitty jobs with minimal protections around amongst ourselves. Leaving a job barely effects the corporation. Unionizing though? Take the power back!
