Writing to see if I can get some help with writing a permanent remote work request for my mom. She lives with Multiple Sclerosis the treatment she receives every 3 months that leaves her immunocompromised and bedridden for several days afterwards.
Since March of 2020, she has been working remotely and now, all the sudden, they want everyone back in the office by mid-August 2022 despite ZERO decrease in productivity.
Of course, I advised her to reach out to her physician and get a certified note from them as an addendum.
