Removing myself from family business

We have been working on a start up for years and haven’t been able to get it off the ground. It is my dad’s idea, his expertise and know how and a result of 40 years in his industry. It is not something I am interested in or excited about. He wants his kids listed as owners so they can carry it into the future and reap the benefits if there are any. The only thing it’s brought me is anxiety. I hate even talking about the business anymore because it gives me panic attacks, and I’m so uncomfortable with the thought of sales pitches or meeting with investors. I’ve only ever wanted to help him with his idea, but all around the business makes me unhappy. He seems to think being outside your comfort zone will only help you grow. Need to mention that I am not being paid since the company is still trying to get on its feet, and none of the other siblings help despite their names being on it. How am I supposed to handle this??
