Public company. Employed about 9 months. Company buys another, then eliminates 10 positions claiming redundancy. My position was specific to one factory; I was the only one in that position.
Four months later, another employee was moved into my position. They also have zero applicable experience or education.
Wtf?
Also, they have a BS arbitration clause, but still, any thoughts?
