At the very least I’d expect a conversation around what I’ve accomplished and adjustment for CPI (approx 3%) My boss set up a time with the two of us, and the CFO and MD and has asked me to justify what I do and renegotiate from scratch, with the insinuation that my review may reduce my salary by up to 30%.
