So I want to take time off in September (3 months away) but all that time has been booked up. It seems the earliest time off available is 5 months away. Is this legit then? A scrap for holiday time between employees otherwise you just can't take that time off without risking your job? It seems unfair that I can't take time off with 3 months notice. Based in UK btw.
