It's happening folks, I am out of my demanding job as soon as my bonus hits. Less than 1 month from now I will be free. I am scared but relieved. I love the people I work with and hate to leave them but I am absolutely done.
I would like to resign but also work as a consultant to tie up any loose ends or train my replacement. Does anyone have a good resignation letter template that specifically states retaining me as a consultant and a fee structure? I was absolutely screwed with my salary and I've stayed too long so if they want to keep me temporarily they gonna have to pay.
