I was hurt at work about 3.5 months ago. I've done a bunch of physical thearpy, even getting cleared for full duty, to only have things flair back up with in 2 weeks. I finally got an MRI which generated a refeal to a Othapedic surgeon. I had an appointment scheduled with the surgeon for the last week. I got a call today from a “scheduleder” telling me that the doctor reviewed my chart and doesn't think he needs to see me and my appointment is now canceled! I was shocked to say the least, I asked the girl on the phone if they were going to let my referring provider know, and she basically said….Not my problem….WTF do I do now?
I hurt everyday. I'm getting harassed by my co-workers. I can't do anything I love to do what I love anymore in my free time. I can't quit because no one will higher me somewhere else with my restrictions. I feel so stuck and hopeless….Help!!!
