Resume and Interview Help

In February 2022, I quit my job as an accountant to join the Army to become an Officer. However, I got injured during basic training and had to be medically discharged. When I got back, I got a new job at a different company in May and worked until July. One of the issues was that I was promised a remote job after a month, but my manager didn’t follow through on letting me work remotely. She was almost never in the office and was on vacation or working remotely herself most of the time. The job was an hour drive away from my house, so it wasn’t convenient to drive there every day. She also got mad at me since she needed something done when I was taking a vacation during July and continually spammed me with nasty emails and phone calls when I was at a wedding. I told her that I was on PTO and needed to enjoy time with my family. She told me this was unacceptable and was disappointed in my attitude. The next day I quit. I have a few interviews on Monday and just realized that I forgot to update my resume before sending it in applications. My resume should state that my end date was in February 2022, but instead my ending work date is to Current. Should I correct this in the interview or just not mention it. I did not include my last job on my resume since it seems my last manager would not have good things to say about me. She acts as the HR manager in addition to CFO since it is a small company. How should I handle this situation in an interview?
