I don't understand why retail jobs change your shifts so frequently. When I worked at [big name fast fashion store] my shifts were so erratic and changed so often it made it really difficult to plan anything outside of work. I would have enjoyed the role a lot more if I just had the same working hours every time, even if they were 6:30am stock shifts.
It made it hell to get another job since it was almost impossible to book interviews. Is this intentional? To make it harder for you to leave?
