See my last post in here for background. Does anyone have any advice / experience on how to create a friendlier environment for employees? Obviously I am talking individually to everyone on my team to see how I can better myself. But I am looking to see if anyone here as experiences in changing their management style? Or has observed a manager or boss change their style for the better.
