I absolutely cannot fucking stand inconsistencies with work product expectations and training. I'm a transcriber. I get my worked checked after each assignment is turned in. Another person has been there for like a month longer than me and her transcripts are absolute shit. Her format is way off, but she no longer gets hers checked.
That's not fair at all. Plus I'm the ONLY ONE of us that has prior transcription experience. However, if I mention something, I know I'll get some BS excuse about how everyone has their own way of doing things.
SO WHY THE FUCK ARE MINE BEING CHECKED??
