Everyday I wake up, • I tell myself it's WFH half the time, just take as long a break as you need. Nobody cares. You are a paid part-time wage for full time monopolization of your time. It's on them, not on you, for their bad planning and constant rushing to wait. • I look at the calendar, look at a particular date and particular month. And I count things down telling myself at least it's productive use of my time – I am getting paid. • If I do leave, even with no plans going forward, it's their loss not mine. I've done a version of what I am doing now for months and months, and this is the first time I'm experiencing what it means to “wring every dollar out of you”.
