- You are allowed a maximum of 1 bathroom break a day. All other bathroom breaks are expected to be used on your breaks and lunches. More than 1 will result in a warning*.
- Bathroom breaks should not be used every day
- Bathroom breaks should not exceed 5 minutes. Doing this will result in a warning*.
- You get 15 minutes for break. More than 59 seconds over or under will result in a warning*.
- Please use code 1 for break, code 2 for lunch, code 9 for end of shift. Using the wrong code will result in a warning*.
- More than 5 warnings* in a 30 day period will result in a write up.
- No phones in sight on the call floor.
- No sidebar talking while on a call.
- No chatting while on a call.
- No chatting between outbound work.
- When not taking calls do outbound work.
- No breaks between outbound work. Work must be constant with tasks having no more than 2 minutes between on average.
- In a chance of inclement weather you may use a vacation day to stay home. If you have no vacation you can take an attendance point. 8 points and you will be terminated.
- All vacations will be chosen in seniority order one year in advance. After that you can pick first come first serve among what is left.
- if you are more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds late you will get a quarter point.
- If you miss any scheduled time the day of, day before, or day after a holiday, you do not receive holiday pay.
