I had an idea, imagine a salary swap for a week, month, quarter or year.
Your board members of a company agree to do a salary swap for an agreed amount of time with a random employee, it could be life changing for a low level employee. Not to mention it may encourage higher pay for the lower level.
The board or directors agree to the terms, ie how the employee is eligible, the amount, duration, all the details.
I would gladly work for a company for years to have an opportunity to make my avreage yearly salary in one month.
