same job, different contractor company, more pay.

I am currently working at an investment firm under the contractor title. I am getting a decent pay and still in training. However I saw that a company was hiring on zip recruiting for about the same description of my job. But for more pay and some better benefits. Turns out, ITS THE CURRENT JOB I AM WORKING FOR! Turns out, ITS THE CURRENT JOB I AM WORKING FOR!

So now that I know that one contractor company is paying me less and one will pay me more with better benefits. I pose this question to you Reddit.

What do I say to my “employer” (under contractor title of course) since I am going to a different contracting company. This new job starts in April but I have been with the company since start of February.

Do I let them know that I am changing contract companies?

Or do I call them out for essentially not giving a shit about who they choose for contractor companies?

Or something else cause this feels like not only a slap in the face but kind of discriminatory.

I am in Texas if that helps and I did not update my resume to include this current job due to only being there for about a month.
