Just had a place reach out to me with an offer I made it clear that I can't work weekends all through the interviews. I accepted the job offer and was filling out the background checks. But for some reason I had this sneaking suspicion. So I sent an email saying that no matter what working weekends would be impossible for me. and if weekends would pop up I could not work them. They said they would forward the message but it's most likely they could not accommodate this schedule. How do I go through 3 interviews saying In each that I can't work weekends and you still try to hire me knowing I can't work those days. Were you just gonna hire me and then force me to work those days. I'm so fucking tired I've been to so many interviews I can't even count. Why is it a requirement for me to do overtime maybe if you brought me in you wouldn't need to do so much overtime Nobody wants to work 6 days a week and this is the reason you don't have employees, I will not work like a dog for a place that doesn't care if I drop dead . Don't try to fucking lure me into a job. I'm so tired and hopeless. I'm working towards a degree right now but even though I have no income they won't give me fasfa and edd won't give me unemployment until I have an interview they scheduled a month away. I'm so tired I don't think I can mentally handle one more rotten company.
