Scammed for 6k in retail job

Hi all, 4 years ago I've applied for supermarket to work a few hours next to school. A year ago I felt like I was capable of doing more, so I told my managers that in my motivation letter for a contract extension (idk what it's called). (the company is known for firing people 18/19+ years old because they would get too expensive) My managers picked it up and were excited. We started the progress of getting me promoted. It took 3 months alone to open a online course for me, which I finished in under 2 days, because I was hella motivated. After that it was waiting for my contract basically, which I'm still doing. Hi all,

4 years ago I've applied for supermarket to work a few hours next to school.

After months of fake promises and excuses, I lost my patience and decided to email the regional manager myself. He showed up the next day, explained my situation. He basically said; “aight, you have to just go on internship in another location.

Another month later, still nothing happened. Really lost patience this time, and decided to threaten my manager with quitting my job, and he made some calls right after. Worked like a charm.

So I did the internship, wasn't fun, teached my teacher more than he did me, because I literally did his job for longer.

Now I went for a verbal test at the headquarters of the supermarket, which had a very fucked up vibe as well. It sucked, couldn't answer half the questions because they were stupid questions that didn't have anything to do with the job I was doing, or it was stuff from the online course, which I of course did too long ago to remember everything.

Anyway, now I'm still waiting on my results, (which they could've just told me right after) and being stressed about it on my Holliday.

Any advice how to deal with this further? Am I doing the right thing? Could I file a lawsuit? What kind of evidence would I need for that?
