Had a great first interview. Second interview they wanted a Mock sales pitch. I didn’t see the details of what they wanted me to pitch till 10mins before the interview. They had sent the email a day and a half ago. I requested to reschedule the interview and was honest that I’d just seen the email and was not fully prepared. They refused my request to reschedule and shared with me how utterly disappointed they were that I had not seen their email until now. Then proceeded to tell me I could wing it or end the interview process. I decided to end the process. No way I was going to be able to dig myself out of that hole. I took full responsibility.
I normally interview really well but for whatever reason my last few interviews have just not gone well for one reason or another. Makes me want to just throw in the towel and start my own business again!
