So, my manager today thought she would screw me over and gave me one month notice starting today. This came after her manipulation, gaslighting, and me not willing to play the role of a doormat anymore. She said that I was negative and defensive because I called out shitty behaviour. She said that I was the problem. I said that what she is doing is called gaslighting. She just stared at me. I told her that she did me a favour and that I signed an offer just last week for a job with salary and benefits that can not compare to this shitty agency assignment. She didn't want to hear the truth and I didn't want to leave before I told her everything. At one point, she stood up and told me that I needed to leave her office or she would call security.
