Seeking advice on how to manage depression and burnout

Started a decent paying job 3.5 years ago to support my family (husband and son). I’ve (36/f) never been into the job and took it because my husband got fired from his job and I needed to go back to full time work after maternity leave. I’m burntout to the point where I can barely concentrate. I’m applying for new jobs, but in reality I just want time to calibrate myself after a life of not being taught how to have balance. I posted a longer post on r/depression but I’m trying to figure out my next steps forward while maintaining mental and physical health which is not possible given my current circumstances. Should I see if I can cut back on my work? Continue to seek new work? Quit and put pressure on my husband to figure out his employment situation? Also I have few life skills because my…

Also I have few life skills because my parents never taught me and I focused on academics and not feelings or health. It’s sad when I realize how much basic adult stuff is hard for me.
