Sent and email to management and they are furious

I work healthcare, I am disabled by the way of autism just for added context There has been constant turnover of management for months so a lot of issues with staff and patients have been neglected. I am pretty persistant so I am one of the few still willing to speak my mind despite the futility of it all. I drafted an email and sent it to as many coworkers as possible to add their electronic signatures on. I then submitted it to management. They have given us no way to express concerns other than small slips if paper to give report on. Management does not read these. They have also been very unaccomodating to my communication needs. I work healthcare, I am disabled by the way of autism just for added context

There has been constant turnover of management for months so a lot of issues with staff and patients have been neglected.

They only have a 6 hour window to which we can call with staffing issues and call outs and they insist that I CALL instead of text despite me not being able to make phone calls. We don't work at a call center, calls are not part of my job, the staffing phone is a cell phone and they feel comfortable adding me to a group chat that is mainly active during the hours that I am asleep. The 6 hour window is also during the hours that I am asleep. So if I want to pick up a shift or report that my relief hasn't come, I can't do anything about it. I just get an agressive reply saying “UNACCEPTABLE”

I tried to remove my own issues from the email and feature things that are a problem for all staff and residents, safety stuff and staffing issues, the works. I also added solutions like having mediators and stuff. I feel like the signatures helped my case and all of the staff that saw my email was in agreement.

They had a meeting the day I sent the email but only select staff was invited to the meeting for some reason, no one on night shift was invited to attend but one of my coworkers went anyways. He texted me saying the manager is furious but didn't elaborate beyond that.

I'm afraid to even approach management now and I need to submit some timecard stuff to them. I don't think they can fire me for a professional and signed letter about legitimate concerns but I'm not sure. Any info on my rights or opinions how to move forward would be greatly appreciated
