Got wrongfully terminated from my previous employer for talking about pay through email with my coworkers. On the day of termination they offered a months severance, I didn't sign it and instead called the NLRB (in in the US).
Took 4 months, but I got a nice settlement ($500 more than the month's severance) and voided my non-compete.
Best thing, they have to send the NLRB findings and the apology to my old coworkers emails and post it in a common area with the other labor posters for 60 days.
Talk about pay with your coworkers. And BCC yourself if they recall your email so you get the recalled notification.
