Not sure if this is allowed here but I just finished the show Severance on Apple TV Plus (because I got it for Prehistoric Planet). The show explores the idea of work-life balance and the absolutely insufferable corporate culture. It feels like a black mirror episode stretched over a full season. I won't go into much more but the show is pretty small right now and deserves the support of communities like this.
