I'm in the state of California and I have recently had some issues regarding wages at work. I contacted all the other people that hold the same position with regards to this (we got our merit raises and then they immediately cut monthly bonuses and no I don't get paid a living wage). Once corporate got wind, they held a meeting to make me feel “heard” and are now telling me I can't share the video “as it does regard your own personal compensation”. I know I can legally talk about wages with anyone I damn please and we all consented to be recorded via Zoom, so can I share it without doing anything illegal? It really would help my case about how this company is so unprofessional and how little they care about their employees.
