Temp job #1/Current Employer

-currently remote but going in the direction of rto (some employees are already hybrid); salary approx 60k/year

-typical, stale, corporate culture; no conflicts thus far with coworkers, manager

-company has good long-term prospects so decent possibility of contract extension

Temp Job #2

-offering 75k + 7k bonus; 1 year contract, temporarily remote but not sure what the policy will be in the long-term

-company has ok long-term prospects but less favourable imo than that of company #1

-apprehensive about starting anew in an unfamiliar environment and encountering issues with coworkers, management that I am not experiencing in current position
