Exactly as the title says. A disgruntled person came into my office, threatening to kill us, spewing hate speech about women, vowed to come back. Even said that he could get away with it and plead insanity because he had PTSD. They ended up shooting at someone in the parking lot about 5-7 times, hit a few cars. The receptionist was shaken up and got to go home. Everyone else stayed and pretended nothing happened. The new normal. Edit: BTW he is still on the loose.
