Antiwork please help!!!!
I left out an unemployment gap of over a year on my CV – I worked at the same company twice but used my original start date and my real end date but missed the gap in between.
Do I email the manager before my interview? Call her? Or come clean when HR figure it out if I get the role?…
I have a long unemployment gap throughout the pandemic which is why i left this other gap off! Because it's making me literally unemployable.
I'm leaning more towards coming clean in an email pre interview.
It's an official role btw that needs proper checks through HR so no way to get around this.
