Should I feel lucky about my plate?

I feel like I’m making the most money for the least amount of effort I possibly could. I work for Costco, currently at 22.50 an hour with time and a half on Sundays. In less than a year I’ll be topped out at around 27 an hour and all I really do is general cleaning, customer service, and hourly paperwork while listening to podcasts all day. That being said, I can’t help but feel this pull to do something more with my life but I feel like with the state of how things are right now it might be wise to stick it out here. I’ve been considering getting into IT ( a few of my friends have been pretty successful in this field) or getting a CDL. ( the guys who deliver our gas make bank!) I guess my question is, should I stay with a decent company who pays fair wages or should I risk losing this stability to get closer to that 100k a year mark? I understand it’s ultimately up to me but I haven’t had much guidance in my life and any advice would be appreciated.
