I was fired after putting in a two week notice (they said “relieved from duties”) due to the insanely humid and hot working conditions that made me severely dizzy after being in the factory I clean for about 15 minutes.
I felt the situation to be too dangerous for my growing child (I am 18 weeks pregnant and they where aware when I was hired on, when I was 6 weeks pregnant) and had to put it in.
Temperatures on the factory floor at 3am was around 90 degrees, not counting how humid it was. There are no fans, we couldn't open doors to air it out, nor do they have cups on site.
Would y'all file? I'm not sure if I can/should.
