Should I go to Corporate with this Situation?

I had been working for this company for about 7 years but 4 years ago I was transfer to a new department were my live has been Hell sometimes. A year ago I was burned out and my mental health wasn’t on the best placed and instead of support I received harrasment and persecution by the Sr. Manager and HR and I had to go on an extended leave that with counseling and medications help me go back to be me. Because all the stress I developed a medical condition that made that of most of my work had be done by email and reduce the use of the phone and even like that I have been excelling at my work. A year ago I was burned out and my mental health wasn’t on the best placed and instead of support I received harrasment and persecution by the Sr. Manager and HR and I had to go on an extended leave that with counseling and medications help me go back to be me.

Because all the stress I developed a medical condition that made that of most of my work had be done by email and reduce the use of the phone and even like that I have been excelling at my work.

The same Sr. Manager from before decided that after 5 years my medical condition was an issue and move me to a different task even when I was the expert and trainer on what I did.

Yesterday I found out that the issue was that corporate was turning my position into a Senior one with a raise and she didn’t wanted me to get it.

Should I go to corporate that has no idea of what is going on and claim Discrimination and face the consequences that will come or just leave this issue behind me?

At this point not sure why I am still on this job.
