I work for for a federal employer (DOD) that allows cashier's and baristas to receive tips. The job is essentially a restaurant/cafeteria where the cooks make food to order and then the customer comes to check out at a register, where they occasionally tip. My question is should these tips be split with non cashier employees?
Additional info,is all employees make above minimum wage and the cashier's do not help in production of food, cooks are required to do customer service
