Should I just leave “early”

I've been issued a warning letter a few weeks ago, due to my “time management” failed, because I didn't show up and clock in “on time” which is half an hour before my work starts. My contract stated that my Saturday work time is 9-4, but I have been working from 730-7 on Saturday previously. Should I just leave early, as in leaving at 4?
