Make $16.50 an hour which is a dollar over minimum wage in my state. The job seemed cool to start, and offered me full benefits but no one has talked to me about them despite me working here 4 months. The boss keeps piling more and more work on me and the training was somehow both minimal and never ending. I feel like they keep going over minutia but leaving me to deal with most of the stuff on my own.
Now my boss says I gotta go help out the other office, says I can’t use the employee bathroom (because going down the hall is too far apparently) and wants me to simultaneously text her all the time but never be on my phone.
Gas is $6-7 dollars in my area. And at this point it’s not even worth it to feel like I’m in a prison.
