Working a twelve hour shift last night at my venue which is a casino, and a customer with a nose the size of a pinkie toe screaming abuse at me because security asked him for ID and then he said he hopes my nan dies and I'm a four eyed little freak wanker scrawny twat, and if he sees me on the street he will kill me.

I told him to leave and reported it to the group chat.

My boss' response: WE LOST A PAYING CUSTOMER. JUST CHECKED CCTV AND THE WAY IT WAS HANDLED WAS SHOCKING!!!

After all of the hours I've put into the place and dedication to them, working 70 hour weeks, 12 hour solo shifts with no breaks, and that's how she replies to the situation. I'm honestly heartbroken and hurt.

I'm looking for more work and probably have enough money to survive for a month and a bit with bills, including another payment in two weeks, but should I just leave? The place has been stressing me out and causing me massive anxiety recently.
