I work in a day care (from a house, my boss and I) and we have 10 kids, I told her I wasn't going to stay the next year (September is the end of my contract) and I feel so conflicted because before start working there my boss asked me if I was ok going every day to my work (is in other city and is like 1 hr and 40 minutes of travel, go and return is like 3 hrs) and I told her I was ok, but now I started studying (university) and is being really exhausting. Like I said, I told her I'm not continuing but I also said that probably I can wait until September but I also said that I prefer if she can start looking for someone to took my job and she told me that we can talk about this again after my one week of vacations in April, but idk if tell her now or wait until April.
I feel like a hypocrite and idk what to do but I'm so tired and burnt out and I'm always sick, literally in my weekends I'm laying in bed sick and one day before work I bomb myself with medicines so I can endure the week.
