Should I leave or demand a raise?

So December of last year joined this new warehouse job, I had 4 years experience of my trade but I joined this company with a paycut with promise of a significant raise after “probational period” That time comes and they do give me one but it was a lot smaller than I wanted. After a few months of work I brought up that I wanted to make more and they said “we’ll see what we can do” we’ll time goes by and I had to have surgery so that got pushed back it seemed. Months later and now I find that the initial “raise” was actually the new entry level hiring wage and that the new guy who I literally have to daily redirect makes the same as me with zero experience and null learning potential.
