Should I say something or go straight to Hr

I work for a plumbing company, I was hired on as a plumbing technician and was gonna go into a van then my manager that hired me was fired I was getting my 40 hours and overtime and was treated like a technician that was getting tech training and getting ready to be put on the road, and now all of a sudden after they promoted our manager on the Heating side of the company to take over as our plumbing manager, I am all of a sudden treated as a laborer, they stopped giving me 40 hours for the last 3 weeks and only say to come in when there’s a big job or digging involved. No more training in the mornings, no actual plumbing training, only labor like digging. the thing that made me write this was today we finished the digging for a 75k job and all…

No more training in the mornings, no actual plumbing training, only labor like digging. the thing that made me write this was today we finished the digging for a 75k job and all that left is the connections to be made, and got my hours for the week till today and some ot but now that the digging is done, they just texted me to take the day off tomorrow off and said they have nothing for me, but there’s so many jobs that have been sold this week, so it’s straight bs that they have nothing for me
Should i say something or just wait to say something to hr on friday?
