Should I take this work offer?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some advice. It sounds weird but I'm 19 years old and have never worked in a professional setting. I make paintings, but considering the salaries in my country, I can't ask for too much. I got a job offer as a beauty advisor in another country about two weeks ago (basically, the people who stop you on the street with the generic sale pitch to give them your last penny for their expensive creams). First, I need to submit some documents for a scholarship and grant for university. The second reason is that…

I'm not sure if I should accept it; the salary is 1200 euros plus 10% from sales, the accommodation is 400 per month. In september I'll start university in anotherĀ  country (not mine and also not the one with the job offer), and its already almost july…
I'm hesitant for two reasons. First, I need to submit some documents for a scholarship and grant for university. The second reason is that I want to take my practice more seriously (to create a website, create more personal art, and sell it to an international market rather than my home country). Any advice?
