Should I tell my management I’m not working in heavy rain for minimum wage?

Hi all, if I sound like a whiny teenager I'm sorry. Going through a lot of stuff and work is the cherry on top right now. I'm working at a dealership as a lot attendant (I basically just look at cars and make sure they're ready to be shipped out) making $15/hr (min wage in Portland Metro Area). Currently it's raining pretty damn hard and in the short walk from the offices to the lot my clothes were completely soaked through, and I'm now sitting in a random car hiding from the deluge. I barely make enough for rent + necessities. I have a few interviews lined up but nothing certain and I'm worried if I tell them I'm not working in this weather for that pay they'll fire me and I'll be fucked and out of a job. This post probably makes no sense. Idk what I'm writing I'm…

Currently it's raining pretty damn hard and in the short walk from the offices to the lot my clothes were completely soaked through, and I'm now sitting in a random car hiding from the deluge. This post probably makes no sense. Idk what I'm writing I'm just stressed and tired. Advice is greatly appreciated
