That's not the reason im quitting. I have wanted to move to a new speciality in my career anyway.
I got an offer the same day my boss said we are all to go back into the office (which has not been the case since I started in 2019). I didn't even know this decision was coming.
Killing WFH is not the reason I'm quitting. However its still fucking bullshit and I would be looking for a new job for this reason even if I didn't have an offer.
Should I let them think it's because they want us back in the office? I have nothing to gain, except the satisfaction of telling them to (metaphorically) fuck themselves.
